As a college student, I know that it can be difficult to find the time and funds to prepare healthy home-cooked meals on a nightly basis. I created this blog in an effort to compile recipes that are quick, easy, cheap and delicious–recipes that contain simple ingredients, recipes that require minimal time to take, and recipes that do not break the bank. I hope to be able to show other college students that it is way more economical and efficient to cook at home instead of eating out!
